Pageville® Shopping Cart for Dreamweaver™
There are two basic parts of a shopping cart: (1) the series of webpages that you build with Dreamweaver™ to promote your products and allow customers to purchase them and (2) the shopping cart processing service that handles the financial transactions, security, shipping and sales tracking (provided by Pageville or PayPal).
Shopping cart software makes it easy to turn a simple web site that displays merchandise into an online store. All you need is a "Buy " button for each item you sell, and a "Checkout" button to complete the sale and accept payment. The Pageville Shopping Cart Editor has already programmed these functions to create the code for you - all you need to do is enter the details about your merchandise. You specify the shopping cart service to be used: PayPal or Pageville.
You can try out all of the functions of the Pageville Shopping Cart Service except real payment processing. When you are ready to make your shopping cart "live" on the web (ie: retrieve customers' payment information and customize with Pageville's tools) you simply need to purchase Pageville's Shopping Cart Service (see below).
