The data collected using Pageville's online forms is accessible for use in most
spreadsheets and databases, like Excel or Access.
Data Collection
Visitors to your website enter and submit their information, which
is collected on Pageville's server. This data can be retrieved
anytime from any computer by visiting a password protected website.
Easy Setup
Pageville provides you with the tools to create and control your form's
design. Once the form's HTML code is complete, upload it to your existing
website. Each form processing site can have five separate forms at a time.
Creating the Forms
Pageville uses normal HTML to create the form.
Decide the fields you will need on your form, and create meaningful names
(without spaces) for field names. These are only the names for the data,
you will be able to use spaces in the field descriptions that appear on your forms.
Pageville can use these fields and create the complete HTML form code for you.
If you want to create your own HTML code, we will provide the FORM tag and
about 7 HIDDEN INPUT tags after you complete "Processing Setup".
Online Payment
Add Pageville's Shopping Cart Service to your form to combine form data collection
with payment or fee collection. After
visitors to your site submit their information, they will proceed to
another web page where they have the option to pay online.
Online Database
The submitted data can be added to an online database table. This data can be
viewed online in a variety of outputs. Data can be available for view as soon
as it is submitted or only after you approve it. User ID and password can be
required to view, enter or edit data.
